ACTIVITIES CONDUCTED
Preliminary and structuring activities were carried out to create the necessary conditions for contracting and implementing the digitization and indexing services of Intermat’s land tenure archives. Activities included the formation of a commission, the creation of a retention schedule, diagnostics, preliminary organization and processing by the agency, as well as infrastructure and equipment upgrades.
Regarding the modernization of Intermat's building infrastructure, a significant portion of the renovation of the CERES building, the headquarters of the Institute, was completed, and preventive and corrective maintenance services were performed on the sliding archives of the building to meet the infrastructure adaptation of the furniture.
To improve the technological infrastructure available for land regularization activities, as well as the equipment intended for land management activities in the state of Mato Grosso, four hyper-converged systems, desktop computers, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) devices, projectors, and air humidifiers were acquired.
As part of the professional development plan in land management and regularization, 13 courses were offered, of which 9 were completed.
A total of 7,625 rural properties were georeferenced for land regularization purposes, covering 1,041,000 hectares. Additionally, 8,296 rural properties had their land tenure regularized, totaling 500,000 hectares.
It is also worth noting that 10,216 people were directly benefited by the project, including 3,729 women.
